Senior Specialist, Finance
We are looking for a senior finance analyst to oversee the way we compensate employees and ensure all payments are accurate and on time.
Are you an experienced analyst who can monitor all transaction to ensure accurate financial reports? Someone who is good with gap analysis and can provide recommendation to reduce cost and improve financial performance?
Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills to discuss financial status to executives?
The Senior Finance Analyst will be reporting to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for performing the monthly review and analysis of
general ledger figures
, reconciliation of payroll related balance sheet and income statement accounts, preparation of monthly variance analysis and ensuring compliance with all compensation and tax regulations.
You will have an opportunity to...
-Own all payroll related financial analysis.
-Ensuring compliance with all compensation and tax regulations.
-Ensures the accuracy of data extracted from the system up to the recording interface.
-Analyze general ledger figures relative to payroll and to report any discrepancies and variances (abnormal high and lows)
.
-Preparing reports and forecasts for top management use that is vital for decision-making.
-Design and implement process and procedure to streamline payroll.
-Lead the processing of regulation of audit and payroll procedures.
-Assist in providing external and internal auditors the information they require to complete the audit.
-Perform Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
-CPA license is an advantage.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required (experience in a BPO industry is a plus).
-Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
-Strong analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Can easily adapt to changing requirements and demands of the business.
-Task-oriented and must be able to work beyond regular office hours if required. Amenable to work on shifting.
-ERP experience is a plus (Oracle NetSuite,
SAP S/4 HANA
, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any ERP system
).
