Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Primary Responsibilities:
Taking lead on PLM Activities, System Upgrades, Expansion Builds, Migrations, working with Vendors and Customers and drive performance improvements
Working on Incidents, Changes and Problem Management
Taking lead role in resolving critical issues and drive system enhancement on support and processes
Manage Server Patching and Vulnerability Remediation
Manage Certificate Renewals for entire Omnichannel Platforms
Ensure Day to day operation tasks like performance health checks, monitoring, hand offs and FDOB
Ensuring focus on customer facing metrics and identify opportunities based on feedback from the stakeholders
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
At least 10 years of experience on telephony and platform support
At least 5 years of experience on supporting contact center applications
At least 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux Administration
Knowledge and Experience on Genesys and Cyara Platforms (Support and Build)
Knowledge and Experience on Venafi (Certificate Creation and Renewals)
Strong verbal and written communication in English language
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible and willing to learn other skills that can assist the team and make delivery more efficient
Can work with minimal supervision and can lead/help mobilize team accordance to work priorities
Team-player, can collaborate with ease and have a great attitude towards work and peers
Preferred Qualifications:
Agile/Scrum certifications
Call Recording Experience (Nice/Qfiniti)
Advance level experience with Microsoft Tools (Excel, PPT, Word)
Knowledge of ServiceNow (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
