About the Role

Title: Sr SEO Specialist
Reports to: Senior Web Marketing Manager
Directly Manages: NA
Level: Mid-Level
The Senior SEO Specialist is responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that increase website traffic and improve rankings in search engines. He or she must conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, build and maintain links to the website, monitor and analyze SEO performance, consistently publish content, and report on SEO results to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develops, proposes, and executes appropriate SEO campaigns that align with stakeholder go-to-market goals and solve key marketing challenges
Clearly communicate strategic insights on proper keyword usage for each concerned brand
Collaborate with internal resources and ensure the timely delivery of marketing output concerning web assets
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase website visibility
Analyze post-campaign reports and quickly adopt improvements using data-driven insights
Manage client SEO campaign budgets
Publish SEO content and build backlinking efforts for all websites
Develop adaptive operating manuals for publishing website content, including but not limited to best media practices, response guidelines, service-level agreements, and other cadences that aid channel efficiency and effectivity
Develop and maintain operational SLAs
Apply competitive benchmarking for go-to-market plans and executions
Qualifications
At least 5 years' worth of SEO experience for B2B and B2C brands
Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and assets is required
Knowledge of various programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL is required
Deep understanding of SEO principles is required
Experience with implementing SEO campaigns and backlinking is required
Experience with Google Analytics (UA + GA4) and SEO tools is required
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for marketing and creativity
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar is preferred
Previous performance marketing experience preferred
Experience with managing digital campaigns for offshore or BPO brands is a plus
