As Sr. SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for improving the company's search engine results and organic conversions. You will take a performance-focused approach to planning and implementing SEO projects along with project teams, ensuring that every decision taken is based on data.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Performing thorough keyword research as well as search behavior and audience research
Planning and implementing SEO tactics both on-page and off-page including link building, viral marketing, metadata sculpting, site speed optimization, content optimization, and more.
Championing and implementing SEO projects; maintaining adherence to targets and monitoring progress and performance along the way
Working with Development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on websites and web pages
Working with Content Teams to create content that helps deliver SEO goals
Investigating organic conversion drop-offs; coming up with tactics
Generating reports and communicating SEO performance to company stakeholders
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as Sr. SEO Specialist or similar role and a portfolio of past SEO projects in senior capacity
Extensive knowledge of SEO strategies and key algorithm updates
A data-driven and analytical mindset
Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to work with a wide variety of internal functions
Has mastery in using web analytics software and keyword tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, MOZ, Screaming Frog, Majestic, SEMRush, etc)
Having knowledge on the following is an advantage:
