Job Briefs:
We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all search engine optimization activities. You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities
Execute tests, collect and analyze data results, identify trends and insights
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
Research and analyze competitor advertising links
Develop and implement link building strategy
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Lead a team in order to coordinate and deliver client deliverables on time
Communicate with clients in order to help them achieve their KPIs
Plan and research SEO tactics and strategies for client growth
Train up team members in order to properly support the workflow
Communicate with managerial team to asses the development of team members
Manage and oversee client's content databases
Coordinate with editors and writers in order to achieve client brand guidelines
Occasionally develop new workflows when needed
Create and monitor weekly client reports

Skilled when it comes to SEO, keyword research, analytics and other digital marketing techniques

Good at collaborating and providing feedback, and accepting feedback from their team
Experience & Requirements
At least 2+ years of full-time SEO experience (keyword research, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs), website optimization, High authority link building and email outreach (Technical SEO experience would be beneficial)
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
Agency or Enterprise SEO experience is required
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (eg: Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Ideally a Bachelor's/College Degree , Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent field
Background and experience in content writing, journalism, marketing and other related fields
Required language(s): English
Access to laptop/computer, high speed internet
Useful Information
Work Mondays through Fridays; 1:00pm - 9:00pm
