The Role
As a Senior Rewards Officer, you will be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing activities of the Total Rewards Center of Excellence.
How you'll contribute
Job Evaluation/ Job Leveling
Planning and Implementation of Performance Bonus (PB), Merit Increases and Promotions bank-wide
Review, design and improvement of all programs under Total Rewards such as but not limited to salaries, benefits, salary structures (including hiring rates), various reward policies and procedures (both cash and non-cash compensation items).
Conduct and participation in various compensation surveys for benchmarking purposes.
Preparation of special studies and reports related to Total Rewards as requested by senior management.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Finance Management, Business Administration, or other related field.
At least 7-10 years solid experience in compensation and benefits, job evaluation and rewards.
Must have advanced skills in using Excel.
Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, salary/benefit reviews and industry surveys.
In-depth knowledge of job evaluation principles and processes.
High level analysis of job functions and salary comparison across the bank.
Comfortable dealing with sensitive, confidential and numerical information.
Has good relationships with external HR Consultancy Companies such as Aon, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson and other 3rd party benefit providers.
