The team's mission is to have analytics capability for APAC L&D where we will be able to support, reporting, analytics, project management and LMS management that will enable our Global scorecard. Key Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Learning Experience Survey (LES) dashboard management
Nesting performance reports
Training Needs Analysis on critical metric performance
Analysis of new hire performance trends
LMS Data :Pipeline Management
ad hoc reporting and analytics needs
What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points
Skills required: skilled to advanced level at using the following tools:
SQL
Google Sheets/ Dashbuilder/Datastudio for crafting Dashboards
Google Slides for crafting analytics decks for MBRs, QBRs and special projects
Project Management (foundational level)
Qualifications: The candidate must have experience in the following functions
Crafting Reporting tools and dashboards
Supervising performance data
Conducting analytics to understand performance gaps and trends
Crafting high level analytics presentations
Owning and leading special projects on performance improvement via analysis of data
Cross functional collaboration in a global/regional environment
