The successful Senior Recruitment Specialist will have the exciting opportunity to drive growth in our Technology, People & Culture, and Digital Marketing Teams, as well as our expanding ventures. What you will do:
Develop and maintain a network of mid to senior-level professionals through proactive sourcing strategies and industry networking
Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, evaluating their technical skills, leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success
Collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders to understand their specific technical needs, strategic goals, and leadership requirements
Understand candidates' career aspirations, motivations, and goals, and articulate how the opportunities available within our organization align with their desired outcomes, highlighting key benefits and growth prospects
Identify, attract, and engage top technical talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
Effectively communicate and negotiate offers with senior-level candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and successful hires
Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and emerging talent pools relevant to senior leadership recruitment
What you need to have:
Proven track record in technical and corporate recruitment from entry to C-level positions
Strong knowledge and understanding of leadership competencies
Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate and build relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders
Ability to understand departmental functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, Digital Marketing, and Technology domains to assess technical expertise
Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex and challenging recruitment scenarios
Expertise in different sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and utilizing professional networks
Experience in using digital marketing strategies for candidate attraction is an advantage
