About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruiter with 10+ years of experience.
You will be working with a dynamic and fun team and report directly to the Business Development Director.
This role is an office-based role located in Ayala Central Block or Cebu IT Park.
In summary, you are expected to:
Source and qualify candidates for each assigned position via hiring platforms and in-house applicant tracking system;
Maintain quality candidate pipeline to be readily available for immediate hiring;
Manage candidates' expectations and provide timely responses on their application status;
Understand the requirements of the clients and translate them to job advertisement requirements.
Develop and automate the process, working collaboratively with the IT Department;
Manage new hire onboarding process, working collaboratively with the People and Culture Department;
Recommend innovative ideas to management in sourcing quality candidates including doing campus recruitment, job fairs and other recruitment external related activities;
Provide creative ideas to the graphics designer in making high-value digital content to attract applicants;
Able to provide suggestions to improve business processes to facilitate candidate selection;
Requirements
At least 5 years in recruitment experience in hiring technical and finance roles;
Proficient in using MsOffice;
High attention to detail and self-motivated; and
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral English communication skills.
