You'll also collaborate closely with a Philippines-based team member through ClickUp to ensure smooth workflows and alignment.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to achieve client lead generation goals.Ad Creative & Copy: Write persuasive ad copy and develop creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.Campaign Deployment & Reporting: Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, providing clear and detailed monthly performance reports.Tracking & Analysis: Ensure accurate tracking integrations are in place and interpret campaign data to optimize for maximum ROI.Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Philippines-based team member via ClickUp to maintain efficient project flow and communication.RequirementsQualifications / Requirements2+ years of proven experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in lead generationStrong expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerSolid understanding of tracking tools, conversion tracking, and attribution modelsProficiency in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.)Excellent copywriting and creative direction skills for ad campaignsStrong budget management skills with a track record of delivering ROI-positive campaignsFamiliarity with ClickUp or other project management tools is a plusDetail-oriented, proactive, and results-focused mindsetBenefitsWhy Join Us?
