JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
Works as the first point of contact for payroll queries
Performs payroll transactions/daily payroll department operations for both internal and outsourced employees
Prepares and process multiple monthly payrolls including statutory payments
Process Year End procedures & tax changes
Other Ad-hoc Payroll responsibilitites
JOB QUALIFCIATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Must have at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role
Advance knowledge in Excel
Must have a working knowledge and experience in timekeeping and manual payroll/calculations
Good communication skills and ability to work with staff across all levels
Preferably someone who can start ASAP but not a requirement
