About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor who will be responsible for mitigating risk and case management of compliance documents/process to onboard new hires and rehires.
In this role, you will:
Interpreting government work authorization documents and requirements, understanding USCIS processing or have worked with the Form I-9
Providing customer service by addressing inquiries and escalations from employees, managers and the HR community
Identify trends and make recommendations for potential solutions when issues arise
Document all compliance cases in workflow tracking by providing complete information of what, who and when the requests was completed
Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirement
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of clerical experience, customer service experience, or a combination of both
1+ year of human resources experience
Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications:
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Knowledge and understanding of operational processes
Adobe experience
Solid problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
