This is where youu0026rsquoll shine:
Administration of internal network infrastructure, including VPN, Vlan, DNS, and DHCP management
Administration of VoIP based phone system.
Configuration of DNS records and Zones
Setup and installation of SSL certificates.
Configuration and management of domain hosting server environment for website and emails.
Website migration work from other servers to the company web hosting server.
Monitor backup for web and email hosting servers.
Wireless environment setup and configuration for Wireless modem and access points.
Provide support for emergency issues like network security threats, service failure of website, domain, and email, including DNS management.
Creation and modification of active directory users and security groups.
Setup firewalls for effective threat identity & mitigation.
Configuration and setup work of cloud-based or local hosting environment for IP phone system(3CX or similar).
Preparing and maintaining documentation for the customer-specific procedures and modifications, diagnosis and resolutions for various network and system faults, technical procedures and workflow.
Consistently update and improve documentation
Create, maintain and share FAQs and knowledge-base articles.
Support customer success by answering and resolving technical issues whilst proactively communicating status updates and action plans.
To be amazing in this role, youu0026rsquoll need:
At least 5 years of experience in the same or similar role.
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
Administration of internal network infrastructure, including VPN, Vlan, DNS, and DHCP management
Administration of VoIP based phone system.
Provide support for emergency issues like network security threats, service failure of website, domain, and email, including DNS management.
Preparing and maintaining documentation for the customer-specific procedures and modifications, diagnosis and resolutions for various network and system faults, technical procedures and workflow.
Consistently update and improve documentation
Create, maintain and share FAQs and knowledge-base articles.
Support customer success by answering and resolving technical issues whilst proactively communicating status updates and action plans.
Extensive knowledge in IP networking
Demonstrate experience with modem router setup and configuration.
Experience in configuration and set up of VoIP (3CX, Asterisk or similar)
Experience in the firewall setup
Diagnose and rectify WAN and LAN issues, including VDSL/ADSL based technologies
Certifications (Good to have but not required)
CCNA, CCNA voice or equivalent
Fortinet Certifications
Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
ITIL Certified
