As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. Your expertise in campaign optimization, audience targeting, and ROl analysis will be pivotal in driving client success and achieving measurable business outcomes.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, and budgetary considerations.
Campaign Execution: Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linkedln Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring adherence to campaign timelines and budgetary constraints.
Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough research to identify and define target audiences based on client requirements, market analysis, and audience segmentation techniques.
Ad Creation and Optimization: Develop compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals to maximize click-through rates (CT) and conversion rates. Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to improve key metrics, including cost per click (CPC), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and create effective bidding strategies, ensuring optimal campaign performance.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize landing pages for enhanced conversion rates and seamless user experiences.
A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate ad variations, landing page layouts, and audience targeting strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to drive campaign optimization.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager to monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide detailed reports and actionable insights to clients.
Client Communication: Regularly communicate campaign progress, performance updates, and optimization recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and fostering strong client relationships.
Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid advertising, actively sharing knowledge with team members and implementing innovative strategies to deliver exceptional client results.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
In-depth knowledge of various digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and internal teams effectively.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client requirements, market dynamics, and platform updates.
Creative mindset with an understanding of how visuals, ad copy, and audience targeting impact campaign performance.
Familiarity with SEO principles and their integration with paid advertising strategies is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation.
Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot would be preferable however not a requirement.
