Education
Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Communication Technology, Advertising Any Communications, Public Relations, Liberal Arts or any other related courses
Work experience
With at least 1 to 2 years work experience in marketing and real estate is an advantage.
Experienced candidates with strong writing and public relations background
Skills, Qualifications and other requirements
Good command of the English language in both oral and written communication Excellent interpersonal, organization and planning skills
Basic research and analytical competency
Well-versed in content marketing, social media management and copywriting
Strong background in public and media relations
Basic computer skills with the ability to use variety of software including MS Office, Excel
Basic knowledge of leads generation, SEO and digital advertising is preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manages team attendance, strategy, and performance
2. Provide guidance and assistance to ensure the team is able to meet yearly marketing target targets
3. Developing and consolidating the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company objectives
4. Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities and events
5. Overseeing the company's marketing budget
6. Facilitate creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans
7. Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
8. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
9. Establish relationship with members of the media in order to promote KMC
10. Planning, developing, and implementing PR strategies
11. Collating and analyzing media coverage
12. Maintaining and updating information on the organizations website
13. Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities
14. Ensuring the quality management system conforms to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard
15. Ensuring the processes are delivering their intended outputs
