Clearly assess the time estimates for the shots in Post Production.
Managing and mentoring the team to deliver the quality objectives and ensure smooth delivery of outputs.
Collaborate with management and team members to define and deliver organizational expectations.
A sole responsible person to benchmark on creativity and quality of the shots.
Troubleshooting issues in the Post Production pipeline.
Identify optimal tools and process to ensure faster turnaround times
Exposure to working on international VFX projects.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years of experience with VFX work in a similar position and a balanced portfolio.
Extensive knowledge of VFX services including Paint, Rotoscoping, Cleanup, VR stitching, Match move, Lighting, and Compositing.
Strong working knowledge of VFX Software tools like, NUKE, MOCHA, PF track, MAYA, After Effects, 3D Equalizer, Synth Eyes.
Technical knowledge and expertise in creating visual effects and rendering pipelines.
Ability to interpret and transform client ideas into compelling effects.
Candidates must be amenable to work on shifting schedules, night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong working knowledge of Post Production pipeline.
