We design and build digital products for our clients, which range from ASX listed companies to mid-tier thought leaders, and product start-ups.
We are looking for someone to join the Technical Team as a Senior Kotlin Developer.
This role is not just about developing market leading applications, but about helping our customers launch new products to market, while supporting an Agile delivery team.

AS A SENIOR KOTLIN DEVELOPER, YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH THE FOLLOWING:
Deliver high quality software that implements industry best practices and a clean architecture
Create pixel-perfect user interfaces according to design specifications
Understand customer requirements and collaboratively develop solutions within multidisciplinary Agile teams
Solve technical problems throughout the project lifecycle
Work autonomously, while also assisting the rest of the team
Developing mobile applications using Kotlin technologies
Working with clients through the full SDLC
Working closely with internal QA
Participation and contribution to stand-ups and other sessions
Most importantly, your work will matter, and be recognised and rewarded
YOU ARE SOMEONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITH:
Kotlin (5+ years)
RESTful APIs
OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, and industry best practices
CI/CD, especially Azure DevOps, AppCenter, and the Google ecosystem
Automated testing, including unit tests, TDD, UI tests
Mobile data caching and syncing
Integration with back-end databases and transactional systems
YOUR PROFILE:
Good client-facing skills, including active listening, empathy, accountability, critical thinking, positive attitude, and effective time management
Team player, willing to help others, receive and provide feedback in code reviews
Self-starter, eager to grow and improve your skill set
Good communication skills: we need people who are both technical experts and can communicate clearly to customers, building customer trust
Not afraid to have difficult conversations
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude, with a willingness to take on any task and run with it to completion
