Job Summary:The Senior Java Spring Boot Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot framework. The role includes leading development initiatives, ensuring code quality, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
Lead development projects and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with software quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Maintain technical documentation for software architecture, design, and procedures.
Stay updated on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to recommend improvements and modern practices
RequirementsDesired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Java Springboot development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Proficient in database design and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments.
Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching mechanisms (Redis).
Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud-native development practices.
Certifications in Java or Spring Framework are a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
