Experience
• 3-5 (Mid) and 5 and up (Sr) years of experience or as required by client
• Application development (Design, Programming, Testing)
• Primary language: JAVA
• Other Technical background (Spring, .Net, iOS, Android, etc.) is desired.
• Knowledge in Agile (optional)
• Must be of legal working age
Responsibilities
• Design systems or applications based on Client requirements.
• Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
• Create test specifications and execute testing.
• Conduct review of technical work outputs.
• Bug fixing; Enhancements; Handling Change Requests
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager.
• Can lead or mentor junior developers.
• Can already lead in team's operational tasks (initiatives)
• Can execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer
