Leading a team of Hardware Engineer;
Setting up and small and medium client networks;
Advising Clients on IT infrastructure planning and implementation of recommendations via meetings and automated reports
Rebuild, Repair, Service and Maintain PCs;
Installing computer systems into client businesses;
Management and Support of Cloud based applications;
Relocating some hardware to new sites;
Testing the Hardware.
Answering and returning calls from Australian based clients
Providing technical support to clients
Getting the customers messages and relaying it to the client
Providing phone/remote technical support to clients
Document technical docs and procedures as required
Any other IT tasks that will be required.
Background work on proactive issues on our tools
Configuring customer devices, install software, etc.
Office based position
Requirements
Must be a graduate of Information Technology or related course.
Preferably knowledgeable in remote support
Preferably knowledgeable in 3CX
Preferably with customer service experience
Have at least 1-3 years of relevant experienced
Experienced in providing remote desktop support
Willing to work AU Time Zone (Monday to Friday from 6am to 3pm)
Must have attention to details to manage each client requirement
Must be able to speak in English clearly and concisely
Experience in handling Australian accounts is highly preferred
Experienced in Microsoft products (Outlook, Office 365, etc.)
