We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the production of a range of digital and offline content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage brand design and identity of all marketing channels and communications in accordance with Dolphin's brand guidelines, including but not limited to website, e-mail campaigns, blogs, case studies, social channels, videos, PR, advertising, direct mailings, brochures. Work closely with Content Marketing Manager to deliver engaging marketing communications.
Creating product datasheets and manuals, brochures, presentations, images, and infographics for digital marketing, email marketing design, website and social media content, video content, and other marketing throughout the business. (E.g. packaging, labels, sample presentation pack/box, etc)
Bonus if you can create 3D designs and animations
Position Requirements
Minimum of 5 years work experience in graphic design preferably in a digital agency or B2B setup
Experience working with WordPress is highly preferred
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree related to Graphic Design / Advertising or equivalent
Demonstrate their marketing / graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with desktop publishing tolls including the Adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A strong eye for visual composition and a creative flair for advertising concepts
Able to give and receive constructive criticism and incorporate feedback in your work
Understanding of the digital marketing universe - digital advertising, social content development, a landing page/website design
A willingness to collaborate strategically and operate with agility as our business grows and pivots over time.
Has excellent verbal and communication skills.
Is motivated to learn and grow with an opportunity to take on more responsibility over time for the production services provided by our business.
