The role is responsible to support the FP&A Manager in preparing accurate and comprehensive reports and coordinating with different stakeholders. The role will be reporting to the FP&A Manager and will be based in MCX, Muntinlupa City..
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports covering financial and operating results which help shareholders and top management glean insights from the business and facilitate decision-making and forward planning
Coordinate with various business units to understand, document, and monitor the relevant drivers of the business
Review the accuracy and completeness of financial results
Analyze and organize financial or operational information into graphs, charts and tables for use by top management
Coordinate with various business units as part of the company's target-setting exercises (budgeting and forecasting)
Other Strategic / Commercial / Financial projects as may be requested from time to time
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any Business course, preferably finance or accounting.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in finance with:
1) strong financial modelling skills
2) adept in accounting and financial reporting
3) strong attention to details/numbers
4) able to understand the overall business landscape
Experience in retail, logistics, or ecommerce industries a plus
Willingness to show initiative and take ownership of job responsibilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project needs simultaneously
Knowledgeable in using MS Office (particularly Excel) or their equivalent Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Fast learner, good team player, trustworthy and honest
