The key goal of the Senior Financial Analyst is to deliver and continuously improve the monthly financial planning & analysis provided to the business, to enhance the decision-making process and help the business deliver their budget operating profit.
The Role
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing annual budget, monthly forecast and financial analysis for one or more lines of business, to enable the businesses to make well informed decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst needs to draw upon relevant accounting & finance expertise to ensure each relevant line of business is in line with Group policy and International Financial Reporting Standards.

Hybrid working arrangement (Mon and Fri - remote / Tue, Wed, Thurs - onsite)
Office is located in 5 E-Com, Harbor Drive, MOA area, Pasay
Midshift schedule / 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience on preparing budget for several line of businesses, gather assumptions on budgets and forecasts and be able to report variances.
Experience on monthly forecasting and understanding the variances arising from the changes in the assumptions of the budgets/forecasts.
Providing commentary and analysis in month/quarter/year changes, revenue projections, margins, etc.
Experience of business partnering or presenting financial results to non-financial stakeholders
Proven work experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role
CPA preferred, but not required
Graduate of any relevant degree ie Financial Management, Accountancy, Finance, etc.
