Job Description
Job Duties:
Drive Portfolio Performance Analysis, including adherence to approved financial plan and target
Support Operational Improvement efforts by coordinating with onshore operational team
Lead Special Projects and Initiatives of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends
Manage Financial Reporting and Reviews, and prepare/distribute periodic financial statements for internal and external users
Review and approve recommendations for financial planning/control and present relevant information to executive management as needed.
Job Skills/Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting & 5 years of relevant experience, or Master in Business, Finance, or Accounting & 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong business acumen along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with staff at various levels and report to management
Working knowledge of Hyperion Essbase
P&L management and analysis experience
Ability to work independently and on deadlines
Experience in developing financial budgets/forecasts/plans and monitoring adherence of actuals
