SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER
Starting Salary: ₱16,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure timely and accurate filing of BIR reports and tax returns (VAT, EWT, 1601-EQ, 2550M/Q, etc.)
Monitor compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits
Handle general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closings
Support internal and external audits
Recommend improvements to financial systems and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in finance/accounting, including hands-on BIR compliance
Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and BIR regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel
CPA is an advantage but not required
High attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills
