Financial Scope:
The supporting costs in scope of include SC OPEX costs in the historic UK, Central, and Int'l divisions. These OPEX costs include warehouse, distribution (freight out), and labor costs primarily.
Responsibilities :
Area Task PFS ROLE
Planning 5 YP Support International Supply Chain (IntSC) BPM lead on building
5YP models as required.
Planning AOP
Support IntSC BPM lead on AOP. This will include information gathering and analysis from regional finance teams, reconciliation, hyperion loads, basic variance analysis and bridges to prior year and target.

Allocation methodology
Support on IntSC BPM on determining and updating the allocation methodology for International Supply Chain across verticals. This includes data gathering and sense checking of allocation drivers, ensuring that that allocations between verticals are updated at agreed intervals (e.g. quarterly, half yearly etc).
Own the re-allocation process of International Supply Chain in the month end actuals, 5YP, AOP and Rolling Forecasts.
Business Cases
Building Business Cases
Support INtSC BPM lead on building business cases as required.
Business Cases Commercials
Act as Finance Manager on Oracle Project Accounting
Act as Finance Manage on Oracle Project Accounting, enduing proper cost capture (including PO set up), capitalization, and closures within Oracle Project Accounting
Benefits tracking
Ensure benefits in Business cases are tracked and delivered, especially if commercials to 3rd party are dependent on it
Cost Management
Month End activities
Ensure proper cost capture (accruals, other JE's etc) on UK and Central costs and reporting on UK, Central, and Int'l SC OPEX costs
Cost Management
Review local finance activity
Review and inquire on local SC opex costs as they are reported. Push corrections as needed, etc
Rolling Forecast
Coordinate with regional finance teams to ensure a sensible rolling forecast and manage the reallocation process of this Cost Management
Risks and Opps
Support the Int SC BPM lead to help track risk and opportunities.
SVP Packs
Work with the IntSC BPM lead on developing monthly finance packs for Supply Chain business leads.
Other
Cost Allocation
Work with SC team and IntSC BPM lead to ensure directly allocated costs are handled in a timely and correct methodology - Geodis and Clinical Freight in particular
Absorption Rate
Support on the annual review of absorption rate.
