Job Description
Directly reports to the Finance Manager. He/she shall engage in and manage the accounting/finance operations
He/she will be involved in developing control systems, transaction-processing operations, policies and procedures, period-end reporting, and cash management reconciliation
Manage a team of Finance Associates
Consolidation of reports from the assigned business unit
Determining and Projecting target revenues for the assigned business unit
Preparation of annual tax plan
Coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications:
Proven experience in financial management, with a focus on local government finance, including experience working within the Local Government Unit (LGU) industry
With at least 3 years experience of handling different facets of General Accounting
With at least three (2) years external audit relationship experience
