Summary of the Role
The Senior Finance & Planning Analyst will be directly reporting to the Service Management Lead - AMEA. He/She will represent the region to global meetings/ calls. He/She will closely coordinate with the Business units, provide inputs as needed that will be beneficial in making business decisions. He/She will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing inputs how the company and future business decisions might be impacted
Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets
Analyzing, interpreting and reviewing financial information
Will thoroughly examine the company's financial statements-the income statement and balance sheet in close coordination with the business unit
Other HR Finance related tasks
Qualifications:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 8 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With good analytical skills
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationship
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Ability to stick to time constraints
