Role Summary
The Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) will act the Philippines Lead for a regional tech account. The role has a high requirement for people management, client relationship management, administration skills and a strong financial acumen.
Major Responsibilities
People Management
Manage and coach an established, high-performing team.
Develop, sustain, and motivate the team.
Ensure high staff morale, trust, and work ethics.
Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, and performance excellence within team.
Assist in mentoring and enabling training & ongoing development of team members.
Client/Stakeholder Management
Build and develop high quality client relationships, both remotely and locally.
Ensure all client/stakeholder expectations are met.
Become the trusted adviser for our client.
Finance Management
Overall responsibility of an FM OPEX budget of approximately USD$3m.
Ensure financial compliance and financial control meets both JLL and client requirements.
Responsible for accurate forecasting and actuals.
Assist and monitor financial processes.
Health & Safety Management
Overall responsibility for the health and safety of JLL-managed properties in the subregion.
Work collaboratively with in-country JLL EHS business units to implement, refine and monitor all JLL and statutory safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with the client's EHS team to ensure all requirements are met and exceeded.
Drive a safety-first culture. No shortcuts on safety, ever.
Risk Management
Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans.
Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
Adhere to JLL's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
Candidate Specification: Key Selection Criteria
Ideal Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in high profile corporate facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field. Experience in workplace/human experience desired.
Regional experience preferred.
Strong financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience in leading remote teams.
Demonstrated experience in client relationship management.
Knowledge of health and occupational safety requirements.
Knowledge of functionality of corporate facilities management.
Able to understand and interpret commercial contracts.

Demonstrated superior people management skills - ability to lead team effectively, train them well, and promote open, constructive, and collaborative relationships at all levels.
Strong communicator - Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language) also, an active listener.
