About the Job:We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Senior Audit Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while analyzing complex financial issues and providing actionable insights. You will mentor junior associates, review their work, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and quality are maintained. Working closely with clients, you will build strong professional relationships and gain a deep understanding of their business operations. Leveraging firm methodologies, digital tools, and innovative approaches, you will deliver exceptional value. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your technical expertise, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the success of diverse client engagements.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA is a big plus.
4+ years of professional external audit experience.
At least 1 year of people management experience.
Strong knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend improvements.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and English communication (written and verbal) skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Can start immediately if possible.
