YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in ensuring that bank accounting activities are handled and processed timely and accurately in
accordance with the standard process documentation
Monitors and assists the group in the performance of month-end closing activities
Second level of escalation for process issues and deviations and analyse possible solutions based on
standard procedures.
Provides assistance to Team Lead in the implementation of operational strategy
Facilitates and leads the discussions on operational related topics during stakeholders call/meeting
Coordinates with CoE and experts on the needed alignment of best practices and implementation of process
improvements
Acts as main contact for audit related and ICS requests and concerns
Ensures that issues are followed up and closed
Gives guidance and provides training on Bank Accounting activities
Helps in building up the process expertise of the team
Reviews and updates the process documentation based on the current procedure
WHO YOU ARE
Graduate of Accountancy course or any similar course
3+ years Professional Experience in Accounting Functions with sound SAP understanding
2+ years Professional experience in Bank Accounting
Fluent English communication, both spoken and written
Knowledge of the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office applications
Solid Knowledge in Payments and Bank Accounting Process
Solid Knowledge in In House Cash
Collaborative and has the capability to lead and implement process changes and initiatives.
Drives results and manages complex issues to come up with a sound recommendation/decision
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
 Sound understanding of other processes (i.e O2C, S2P)
 Knowledge in Treasury activities
 Has leadership skills specially in managing process/projects topics
