Zalora is searching for an independent and detail oriented Brand Manager to join its E-Distribution department, a new and fast-growing business unit. The brand manager is expected to build and manage daily operations of E-stores in other online platforms, supporting their performance and long term growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end e-store operations of a portfolio of fashion brands on third party marketplaces, specifically responsible for the timely execution of campaigns, ensuring the daily weekly update of new products and discounts, optimization of the store architecture and of the product pages and tagging to ensure maximum discoverability and conversion rate.
Work with E-Distribution Manager, to setup and launch new stores on third party marketplaces within the agreed timelines, with specific focus on: account opening, application to Malls / Premium areas, store decoration in line with brands / commercial PIC requirements, product upload, launch campaigns and pricing upload.
Coordinate and execute the marketing efforts and the in-platform demand generation activities on multiple platforms on a weekly level.
Support the growth and performance of the same brands with monthly KPIs based on traffic, revenues, conversion rates
Manage inventory, pricing and campaigns on a regular basis.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in e-commerce retail business
Preferably with previous experience in Lazada, Shopee or another top marketplace platform / ecommerce service provider
In-depth knowledge of Lazada and Shopee Seller Center environments, of their platforms and tools available for vendors, with experience on operating vendor's activities preferred.
First-hand experience of in-platform marketing tools and promotions as well as demand generation best practices
Previous responsibility in growing brands digital revenues streams via marketplace channels
Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset
Results-driven individual, details oriented and able to navigate complexity in a demanding environment with tight deadlines.
Proactive attitude with a positive mindset
Excellent communication and account management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must, particularly in Lookup, Pivot Table, and Reporting
