We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Executive with client-facing experience to join our growing team. You will be working remotely with an Email Marketing Manager, our production department, and our clients. You will be creating advanced email marketing programs for high-growth eCommerce brands from all around the globe. You will get your hands dirty in developing email strategies, analyzing data and performance, reporting and communicating insights, and will be responsible for managing client and internal team expectations. The ideal candidate is highly adept at digital marketing, is tech-savvy and data-driven, with proven hands-on email marketing and CRM experience. Key responsibilities:
You'll report to an Email Marketing Manager, and your key responsibilities are as follow:
Strategize, formulate and execute email marketing strategies for our clients
Understand client business needs and formulate effective email marketing strategies catering to those needs
Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email campaigns
Collaborate with our production team (copywriters and graphic designers) to produce high-quality, high-converting, and mobile-responsive emails
Develop and execute optimization plans to boost email channel performance
Proofread and QC campaigns to ensure our work is 100% error-free
Develop expertise in email marketing strategy, email design, product development, and platform use
Mentor others in client management and technical email marketing skills
Conduct client meetings to communicate marketing insights, report on channel performance, and plan for further development.
Manage email marketing programs for 4-6 brands at any given time
Requirements
3+ years of online marketing experience in eCommerce or retail brands
2+ years of email marketing experience: developing and managing strategic email campaigns either with a brand or agency
Strong grasp of digital marketing principles, especially email marketing best practices
Experience in e-commerce and agency setting preferred
Strong technical knowledge of Klaviyo and/or other email marketing automation tools/CRMs like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, and Bronto
Adaptability: you must love taking on challenges and have the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
Client-facing Skills: you must be able to operate with varying client requirements and personalities
Proactivity: you must be a self-starter who constantly finds new ways to improve your performance
Strong analytical skills
