We are looking for a Senior Digital Project Managerto help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time, remote role.

The role
We are looking for a stellar team-member. You'll join our experienced Founders in shaping a strong team culture that you can be proud of and play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of Miss Amara globally.
As Senior Digital Project Manager, you will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communicating objectives between departments. You will govern all processes and procedures which deliver change with a view of minimising incidents and operational risk while maintaining the agility required to execute out long term strategic goals.
You will:
Responsible for planning and managing tactical and strategic projects, delivering results on-time, within budget and executed to the highest capabilities.
Lead a team of developers to execute on key business projects and achieve desired outcomes.
Be the key driver ensuring the successful completion of projects by obtaining key stakeholder buy-in, gaining momentum, establishing a critical path, defining project roles and enforcing team accountability.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a detailed project plan / roadmap and ensure that project performance is measured using the appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Partner with the development team to interpret key business needs and deliver optimized digital solutions.
Pre-project business case analysis and post-project analysis. Understanding the business risk, project pain points, what we could have done better and how to manage projects in the future.
Responsible for change management - define communication and risk management strategies, looking at the impact of change and how to manage it ensuring the overall project success.
Understand customer behavior and facilitate metrics in order to make changes in processes, design.
Manage outside vendor relationships and internal communication.
Build an understanding of eCommerce in international markets and use that knowledge to present roadmap directions and expansion planning.
The successful candidate
Our new Senior Digital Project Managerwill have:
3-5 years e-commerce experience preferably across multiple geographical areas
Experience managing the digital product pipeline
Leads through Miss Amara's core values: We Care, Be transparent, Keep it Simple, Fast.Test.Learn.Adapt, Best in Class.
Not afraid to take on tasks that you have little knowledge about
Data driven and experienced with understanding metrics and converting them to actionable results.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment.
Strong project management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers.
