Mentor and supervises Jr. Designer from Creative Team and establish good communication within the Design-Production Team to ensure that their outputs are within the client's requirements, Newcore's standards and in compliance to the prevailing Building and Fire Safety Codes of the region.
Responsibilities:
Leads project proposals through the process of generation of all the necessary deliverables to express the design intentions (test fits, design schematics, perspectives, 3D models and 3D animations) as instructed by the Creative Manager.
Provides designs in compliance with the client and landlord ́s requirements as well as with the local building codes. Must have experience on building codes and architectural design.
Prepares presentations of design intentions for client ́s approval.
Attends meetings with client whenever design matters need to be discussed or addressed
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Degree in Architecture, Interior or Furniture Design with at least 2 years' experience in the preparation of Testfits, Perspectives, Design Schematics and Finishing Schedules
Has an advance knowledge in Sketchup 2018, ZWCAD 2019 & Photoshop
Professional License, Master's degree, Leed AP or Well AP is an advantage
Willingness to travel (local and international)
Software competency: MS office programs
