Provide technical support to the team and assistance to the team leader by being the subject matter expert on the process he/she handling Policy, Process and Procedures

Policy, Process and Procedures
Delivery of assigned work to a high quality in line with appropriate audit standards, scheduled completion dates and prioritization
Comply on provided legislations, industry codes, company policies and procedures.
Adherence and ensure all processing is accurate and within organizational policies, processes, procedures as applicable to the role
Ensure compliance with QBE policies, procedures and relevant legislations
Environmental Awareness/Customer Focus
Build and maintain effective partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders
Resolve escalated complaints in a timely manner
Proactively assists in the identification of critical and non-critical service delivery performance issues and improvement opportunities related to tasks given
Technical Performance
Process all transactions related to product, process and policies and accomplish all reports as required
Properly assess completeness of documents received and provide solutions if incomplete
May also include the following functions:
Conduct Process and Systems Training
Conduct targeted refresher training based on SLA performance partnering with the Technical Lead
Conduct regular process calibration with Business Process Owners
Maintains overall health of all training documents (training modules, DTPs, Job-Aides)
Owns effective cascade of system/process updates
Partner with Technical Lead/Technical Director/Service Managers in implementing methods/activities to improve CSOs technical knowledge and skills
Create and rollout regular PKTs (Process Knowledge Tests)
May conduct Tier 2/Level 2 Quality Audit based on designed and prescribed QA framework
Provide recommendation in process improvement activities/efforts
Required to take calls/process items based on agreed hours/volume to maintain process expertise
May be tapped to do processing work/calls during volume peak
Experience
At least 6-12 months in a similar role preferred
1-2 years' experience in customer service
Preferably with BPO experience and shifting schedules
