Brief Job Description
Reporting to a Team Leader in Korea, the appointee will be responsible for maintenance of Vietnamese fixed income data in a timely, accurate and complete manner, which includes bond terms and conditions data, real time market data, as well as projects.
Key Responsibilities
1) Production
- Collect data from market sources and add them into bond database (EJV) as per Refinitiv global procedure in an accurate, timely and complete manner
- Monitor fixed income market data and liaise with various content/technical groups to resolve issues
- Keep improving data quality through Business Process Improvements
- Plan and fulfill data enhancement projects and assist required data projects/testing
- Research the fixed income market with deep market understanding and ensure the latest market convention/practice is reflected in our database/products correctly
- Resolve queries from customers via helpdesk or from frontlines and business in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain work procedures and improve efficiencies
- Relationship management with data sources, sales team in Vietnam market
2) Team Support
- Support team members to achieve high quality data
- Deliver effective training for team members to achieve high professional operational standards
- Cultivate a learning and positive work environment
- Demonstrate effective use of tools necessary to perform the analyst's duties
3) Team Leader Support
- Provide need-based assistance to Team Leaders
- Collate statistical information to assist operational management
Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Management, Accounting)
- Prior work experience in the finance, management, accounting, economics is a plus
- Good knowledge/experience in fixed income market is a plus
- Good knowledge of Refinitiv products and applications
- Fluency in English
- Good Vietnamese language skill

- Prior supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions when necessary
- Good at logical thinking
- Self-motivated and proactive
