About the Job:We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our clients global Cloud Operations team. You will provide Level 3 systems support, build and maintain Azure environments, and ensure operational excellence across multi-client cloud services. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and driving continuous improvement in line with ITIL standards. You will also mentor peers, manage client engagements, and contribute to strategic discussions shaping cloud operations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 IT systems support for managed public cloud services.
Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Lead automation, scripting, and IaC initiatives using Terraform, PowerShell, or Python.
Review project designs, migration plans, and technical change requests.
Develop operational documentation, diagrams, and best practices.
Engage with clients through reviews, workshops, and regular communication.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and escalation support to the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years IT experience, with 3+ years in Microsoft Azure projects
Expertise in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, or Python.
Solid understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles.
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
Preferred:
Experience with AWS infrastructure management or hybrid multi-cloud environments.
Familiarity with automation pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud-native DevOps practices.
Exposure to Linux, Kubernetes, or cloud security best practices.
Demonstrated experience providing mentorship or leadership within technical teams.
Can start immediately, if possible.
