Essential
Good Business Analysis skills
Good C# coding experience

Experience in working with Oracle Databases.
Consulting experience an advantage
ITIL (preferably v4) IT Service Management processes.
Service Desk solutions such as SalesForce, RemedyForce, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
Nice to have:
Experience with Windows network/system administration including Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, and SQL Server.
SSL Certificate Management
