We are seeking for a Senior Business/Technical Analyst to support an IT Consulting company based in Gold Coast, Australia.
 
This role would suit:
A Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in establishing process workflows for recruitment; or
A Senior-level IT Applications Support with experience in CRM/Recruitment ATS Software (Salesforce, JobAdder, Bullhorn, Vincere, etc); or
A Recruitment professional who has worked with an Australian recruitment agency, has experience in navigating through and configuring ATS Software(s)
You will be working closely with the management team to assist with project delivery tasks.
 
This will be a hands-on role requiring a blend of skills including working with clients and other project team members. The applicant will be expected to have some domain expertise in business or systems analysis, and be able to work collaboratively or independently on project tasks as required.

Your Client:
 
Work with a growing IT Consulting house based on Gold Coast, Queensland servicing the Recruitment industry. The business specializes in partnering with Recruitment Agency customers (5-200 staff) on their business growth journey, providing services such as Discovery and Health Checks, IT Strategy, Project Management, and Technical Implementation consulting, providing application software support services, among others.
 
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
5+ years of relevant experience in business or systems analysis
Some background in recruitment processes or experience working in a recruitment industry
Experience with structured IT project and service delivery processes
Expertise in implementation, business analysis, configuration or application support for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) cloud software - ideally; Salesforce or Recruitment Industry software (see list below)
Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively on project tasks as required
Experience with Agile ways of working
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Some interest to grow into a leadership position
Key cloud-based recruitment software packages include:
Salesforce (preferred)
Job Adder, Bullhorn, Vincere, FastTrack360.
There are a host of supporting systems including Desktop Productivity, Telephony, Payroll, Invoicing, Automation, Reporting, GL/Finance systems also required to support end-to-end recruitment workflow and processing placements.
Some of the activities you will be involved in will include:
Perform key project team role for BA client projects including one or more of the following skills ; business analysis/process mapping, configuration and troubleshooting of cloud software, data migrations, new feature investigations etc.
Participate in project team activities including; task planning, tracking, issues resolution, participating in stand-ups, maintaining control systems, capturing IP and lessons to share with the wider team.
Preparing for and leading client meetings is required (it's a senior role).
In consultation with the Services Director, help grow/evolve the Cebu services team including; on-boarding new staff, building local delivery processes and systems, mentoring, building team culture, and assistance with approving timesheets, leave if needed.
Some direct interaction with customers is expected.
