To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for a competent Business Process Analyst for IT Application Porting to modernize our software infrastructure. Your job is important to support the manufacturing of our complex products.
 
Job description
Business Process Analysis
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to understand workflows, requirements, and pain points.
Document current processes using flowcharts, diagrams, and other tools.
Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for IT applications.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT solutions.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
Design streamlined workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
IT Application Porting
Develop and implement strategies for porting business processes to new or existing IT applications.
Ensure that IT applications align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Testing and Validation
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of ported processes.
Validate that the IT applications meet business requirements and provide necessary training to end-users.
Documentation and Training
Prepare comprehensive documentation for new processes and IT applications.
Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems.
Monitor progress of adoption and provide proactive assistance.
Project Management
Manage and coordinate porting projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units and external providers to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications and experience
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis and optimization.
Proven experience in porting business processes to IT applications.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with business IT application development and system integration.
Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Azure and other enterprise software systems.
Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Working knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is beneficial.
