What you'll be doing
Developing and executing innovative brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for Remedy Skintech's product lines
Managing and overseeing all brand marketing campaigns, including content creation, digital marketing, events, and promotions
Conducting market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to strengthen the Remedy Skintech brand
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams in product development, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and inform future strategies
Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies to continuously improve the brand's impact
Coaches and manages the productivity and performance of team members.
What we're looking for
Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, handling new customer/patient acquisition growth, and project management
Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven brand strategic marketing campaigns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in complex or formal discussions with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making
Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, content creation, and analytics
Passion for the skincare industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences
Experience working for a startup brand or Aesthetic industry is an advantage
