Marketing
- Tracking and improving based on reach, insights, engagement and where we're at in the industry
- TMRW social media, EDM templating, blog strategy, posting strategy and keeping to a regular posting schedule
- Organising the direction for additional marketing planning i.e. TV, billboards or whatever (again, idk what influences people the most these days except tik tok attention span)
-keep track of everything, improve upon posting.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and flesh out a brand into something that is timeless, but constantly evolving
- Strong digital marketing skills and knowledge (bonus if they have notable experience in delivery of successful campaign/s)
- Strong initiative toward projects - i.e. not afraid to take a risk, disruptive to the norm and pushing for change to improve and enhance experiences
- Self-starting productive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Illustration skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (this can be a nice to have as it may start to be finding a needle in a haystack type of deal)
-We need some who understands brand, including building slick ui/ux for web production , challenging what the status Quo is and extending the brand into new paradigms
