A Senior Bill Processor is responsible for reviewing and correctly routing retrospective our physical medicine bills. This critical role requires the individual to evaluate and confirm compensability and eligibility on said bills to make sure that they are in compliance with company, state, and client specified guidelines. As a senior member of the team, this individual may be used to help train new hires.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert to newer team members
Review bills to determine eligibility for processing
Make out bound calls to providers and clients as needed to obtain critical information and/or verify compensability
Validate existing data for accuracy
Maintain a 3 day turnaround time
Regularly exceed daily production goals (by 10% or higher) for assigned workflow (240 Standard NIS, 360 Bridge, 110 Missing Info)
Maintain a QA score of 95% or higher
Work special priority projects as assigned within established turnaround times
Qualifications
High School Diploma
0 - 2 years of customer service experience
MS Office proficiency
Detail-oriented and solid organizational skills
Medical terminology/coding - I.E. CPT / HCPCS/ICD 9-10 experience and/or professional certification preferred
Willing to work on-site
Willing to work in Mandaluyong
Preferably residing within Metro Manila only. Candidates in Cavite, Rizal, and Bulacan area are welcome to apply as long as they are amenable to report onsite in Rockwell Business Center Sheridan - South Tower, Sheridan St., Mandaluyong City
