The Sr. Benefits Analyst will support the Total Rewards COE in the areas of employee benefits and wellness program design, analysis, and benchmarking best practices. Reports to the Assoc. Director - Total Rewards, Philippines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assists in developing and executing the organization's rewards strategy in the key areas of benefits and wellness:
o Insured Benefits (HMO, Life and Personal Accident)
o Retirement Plan
o Tuition Reimbursement
o LiveWell
o EAP and mental health programs
Provides subject matter expertise on all benefit and wellness programs to effectively resolve a diverse range of issues
Liaise with third party consultant to develop a consistent benchmarking approach to benefits and wellness offerings
Lead the annual benefits renewal and enrollment process
Assists with vendor management to ensure ongoing quality of benefits delivery
Support communication and education efforts for implementation of new or revised benefit and wellness offerings
Serve as escalation and resolution point for benefit policies issues and concerns
Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies in reporting benefit plan utilization
Ensures that benefit programs are compliant with the relevant regulatory requirements
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar with a focus on human resources management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of benefit programs
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly Excel
Strong data analysis, interpretation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent business writing skills, strong verbal communication/presentation skills
Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, solid analytical/problem solving skills, and strong follow-through
