ZALORA Philippines is searching for a Senior Associate for Project Management Office with a sense of responsibility, analytical abilities, and outstanding communication and social skills. Daily tasks will be in the scope of orders and supplies monitoring, executing tasks on e-commerce platforms, and providing support to projects under the Operations teams. The Senior Associate will be reporting to the Associate Manager - Vendor Management and Supply Chain. The role will be based in the ZALORA Philippines Fulfillment Center.
Responsibilities:
Supports the operational projects and initiatives at the ZALORA Philippines Fulfillment Center
Operates the backend of online channels
Monitors the supply level of consumables
Coordinates with the Procurement team to request replenishment
Submits reports of consumables and performance reports to relevant stakeholders
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is desirable
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Able to communicate well in English
Able to multitask and provide support to other members of the team
Experience in selling in e-commerce platforms is an advantage
Willingness to learn is a must
Have an eye for detail and is not afraid to take ownership of the situation when needed
A customer-oriented person who is friendly and determined to excel in a fast-growing company
