We are looking for Senior Associates with 2-7 years management consulting experience to support client-facing delivery of consulting projects across South East Asia. Specifically, we are looking for individuals with proven skills/experience in one or more of the following areas: Advisory and management consulting experience, preferably adept to: Quantitative analysis and modeling (e.g., financial / cost modeling, business case modeling, risk modeling, use of tools such as Excel and Alteryx) Process Improvement (e.g., business process or technology process design & mapping) Consultative mindset and ability to anticipate client needs. Ability to quickly learn about different business environments Creation of deliverables / reports / presentations (PowerPoint) (conceptualization and storyboarding & developing content) You will work as part of a dedicated team that supports client-facing projects across South East Asia, across a broad range of projects and industries. These projects may include strategy, operating model, finance transformation, workforce transformation, and other types of business transformation. Client industries covered include financial services, consumer & industrial products & services, energy and resources, and government & public sector. The Centre of Excellence works with teams across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, and Myanmar), and beyond. Qualifications: Above average bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering or Economics or any related field. 2-7 years management consulting experience (preferably adept in quantitative analyses or process improvement) with reputable consulting or professional service firm(s) Excellent spoken and written English Exceptional stakeholder management (internal and external stakeholders) Strong numeracy and analytical skills Possess leadership interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork and facilitation Adaptability and flexibility to adapt to varying areas of experience and client engagement needs Ability to multitask effectively, and to work independently with limited supervision
