As the Senior Associate, BPT Infrastructure & Ops (Modern Endpoint Engineer), you will be part of the End User Productivity (EUP) team. EUP is a global team that is responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions. This is an individual contributor role responsible for the delivery of a stable, secure, and global Modern Endpoint platform(s) that includes all end user device types - including but not limited to Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multiple Modern Endpoint platforms with an emphasis on but not limited to:
End to End SCCM/MECM Operations, Support, and Service Management
Managing deployments of critical applications and security updates to 12,000 endpoints globally
Driving lifecycle and device support decisions
Documenting and providing support to 1st and 2nd level mobile support teams
Assisting in defining overall SCCM/MECM vision as it pertains to EUP strategy overall
End to End Global Print Platform and Service Management
Administering policies and procedures regarding Office and SAP Printing
Driving lifecycle and device support decisions
Documenting and providing support to 1st and 2nd level support teams
Assisting in defining overall Print vision as it pertains to EUP strategy overall
Provide engineering and timely support that delivers a stable, secure, global platform following internal methodologies, process, and standards
Experience coordinating and managing escalation with vendors and partners including, but not limited to: software licensing, service monitoring, new services and as needed for problem resolution
Lead and/or participate in various projects: strategic and operational initiatives and work closely with the colleagues to translate business requirements into technical requirements
Participation in development of strategic plans for the collaboration team
Provides 3rd level operational support for platforms. Off-hours support and a flexible schedule to accommodate a global team will be required
Leadership role in proactively maintaining awareness of technology trends, prototype possible solutions that would enhance the productivity of end users and bring value to the business
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders on solution development that will drive technical change
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related business degree
Minimum 3 years of experience with a global enterprise-level service
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for in one or more of the following technologies:
SCCM/MECM
Printer & Print Management Software (ex: Printerlogic)
With at least experience working with Desktop OS Imaging, productivity and collaboration tools, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AD, SCCM (MECM), Mobile Device Management (Intune, XenMobile, AirWatch, JAMF) and Group Policy Management
