As the Senior Associate, BPT Information Management (Global Master Data), you are mainly responsible for the publication of SC Johnson (SCJ) finished goods master data to its retail customers and will be working within the SCJ global data management organization adhering to the industry standard GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network), learning how to operate within this established industry communication service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Day to day support of requests for publication of finished goods data records to retailers in different regions of the world starting with USA
Act as level 1 support - Troubleshoot publication problems and escalate where needed
Act as tester for newly developed processes or tools
Gradually expand the markets they will support
Contribute to documentation of current SCJ processes and the underpinning data
Responsible for contributing to development of new data practice initiatives
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and solving for root causes of frequently occurring issues
Maintenance of Product Information Management (PIM) reference data in platform as needed
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in any area of consumer goods manufacture, distribution and/or retail sale
Experience in SAP material master data, troubleshooting and advance Excel skills (e.g. Pivot, Macros, Formulas, Dashboard) is highly preferred
