Primary Responsibilities
Processing invoices for payment in a timely manner.
Raising and collecting of relevant tax documentation and ensuring accuracy of information.
Accurate follow up of all invoice queries.
Logging all invoices on the tracker spreadsheet.
Ensuring all accounts on hold are investigated and resolved.
Communicating with buyers and suppliers on a regular basis.
Query resolution - ensuring appropriate sign off on paperwork is completed to clear invoices.
Supporting the reconciliation of supplier statements.
Supporting the process to ensure all stock items are booked in to enable invoice processing.
Ensuring accurate record keeping and filing of all invoices.
Raising sales invoices and associated tax documentation.
Any other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
In the absence of degree, High School Diploma or AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience can be considered.
